Even when it's hot some of my foster goofballs will crawl UNDER the baby blankets I use to line the shelves in their cage.

Unfortunately for them, they leave REALLY BIG LUMPS so I can tell where they are. And sometimes, I have a camera in my hand when I lift their covers.

Some of you may or may not know that about a month ago Seal-Alert South Africa had the amazing opportunity to buy out the entire Namibian Seal Hunt (for $14 million). I'm not 100% sure what's going on with it - I've pledged some money but am not sure where things stand at the moment. Noticeably absent, according to Francois Hugo's reports, were pledges from HSUS, IFAW, PeTA and other groups with huge base numbers. As he pointed out, HSUS has 11 million members - if everyone had pledged one stinky little dollar then they would have been sooooo close to completing the buyout.

And to be truthful, I have to express a great deal of negative surprise at the lack of interest this buyout deal has received from AR groups and activists alike. Come on, I mean, imagine if we can shut down one industry! How amazing would that be?

I don't know the ins and outs of Namibian seal hunting, but apparently it's more vicious than what happens in Canada.

Namibian Sealers turn Clubs on undercover Film-makers

Details are sketchy. In Namibia near or around Cape Cross Seal Colony today at
7am, Namibian seal pup clubbers, were filmed killing seal pups. For which they
have no permit to harvest. Namibian seal clubbers then assaulted the film-crew. A
South African well known film-maker Bart Smithers and a Jim Wickens of Eco-storm, a
British citizen. They were beaten up by the sealers, and then arrested and put in
police custody in a vehicle. It has been further reported sealers then club into
the Police vehicle and further beat up the film-makers. Both are now being held at
the Police Station in Henties Bay.

how can i change my standard poodle to a corded poodle

ok so i like the corded look but not sure how to get started. i have read online but i guess i don't understand what they are saying so i need it explained in plainer english. my poodle's hair is fairly fine for now and i have been letting it grow out and so far no matts. but i wondered how do i twist the hair? i mean i would like for her hair to just grow out the way it does and not combine any other hairs to the strands that are already gathered together or do i have to make the locks bigger as in fatter. does this make sense? also should i leave poms poms on rump or shave it all?


Are corded poodles and standard poodles not TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FUCKING BREEDS? I could have sworn they were. The books I looked at this morning told me they were.

but i'm the process of trying to move by july 31st and i found a great apartment that is off the 3 train at the kingston stop in brooklyn, ny. it's a 4 bedroom townhouse with a huge living & dining room. it is right across the street from the park and there is laundry in the building. the room available is a HUGE room for $850/month. (possibly $800). It could also be split by a couple since there is more than enough room!

i've been trying to find queer-ish people to live with and it is proving to be very difficult. i was wondering if there is anyone on here that is apartment hunting for brooklyn to move in for aug 1st?
